The challenge
Bubbleworks is a growing self-service laundromat chain with several locations in Flanders. The previous installations still ran on coins, consumed a lot of energy and required extensive manual follow-up. There was no central view of revenue or machines, no automatic maintenance tracking and the coin modules regularly broke down.
Our solution
Laundryworks guided a complete modernisation tailored to the chain: replacing all machines with low-consumption, highly reliable Miele Professional machines, online machine management via the Miele platform and integration with the Bubbleworks platform for digital payments via QR, Bancontact, Payconiq, Visa and Mastercard. Remote start and reset of machines, automatic fault and maintenance tracking and real-time insight into usage and revenue per location are all part of the solution, including installation, configuration and support.
